We are seeking a motivated person to manage all things sales & marketing for our company, including social media. In order to be successful in this role, you will need to have superb interpersonal skills. Previous experience in a sales role is an advantage. Job Duties:
Develop new customers, face to face
Perform sales calls, including cold calls, lead follow-up, visit potential customers
Connect regularly with current customers, service existing accounts
Identify key areas of opportunity reviewing competitors, customers and trends in the marketplace
Represent the company at marketing and networking events
Build and manage the companys social media profiles and presence, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.
Create shareable content appropriate for specific networks to spread both our brand and our content
Monitor and engage in relevant social discussions about our company
Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies
Understanding and promoting company programs
Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in business, marketing, or related field
Experience in sales
Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with both customers and suppliers
Self-motivated and able to work independently in support of an overall team
Experience using computers for a variety of tasks
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
A commitment to excellent customer service
