Description

This position will report directly to the Project Managers and Owner.

This tech-friendly person will assist the project managers in accurately updating our communications programs on a daily basis. They will be assertive and help to enforce protocols. They will be resourceful and assist the PMs with things like researching products and price matching. We are looking for a friendly go-getter to fit into our team.

Responsibilities & Duties:
- Communicate with Project Managers
- Update multiple computer programs with information
- Communicate updates to customers & staff
- Enforce protocols
- Research products
- Book subcontractors
- Research pricing information
- Assist project managers

Qualifications:

- Experience with web-based computer programs; data-entry & job management software

This is an office job, Monday-Friday 8am-5pm.
