Our client, a highly respected Law Firm, has an immediate need to fill a permanent position in their Corporate Commercial group.
The successful candidate must have experience in their Corporate Commercial area of Law.
Duties:
- Preparing court documents and correspondence
- Correspond with counsel, courthouse and clients
- File management
- Billing and time-entry
Job Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience functioning as a Corporate Commercial legal assistant
- Strong inter-personal and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Outlook
