COMPANY OVERVIEW:
Green Drop is the largest privately-owned maintenance landscape company in Western Canada and as of two years ago we have expanded into Regina. We specialize in weed control and fertilizer for residential homes with 100 percent guarantee of satisfaction. We are currently looking for an individual to run our door-to-door operations. The candidate will also be responsible for up-selling and commercial selling depending on the time of the year.

JOB ACTIVITIES
Driving your team to communities within Regina
Door to door selling
cold calling
Interviewing and training new candidates
Taking responsibility for employees and their actions
Delivery of superior customer service
B2B selling In Regina and surrounding Area
QUALIFICATIONS:
Must be over the age of 18
Must be a Canadian resident
Must Have a Drivers License
Must Be an Organized Person
Some Previous Sales Experience
Previous Management Experience and Asset
Excellent communication and interpersonal Skills
Must be able to work from 1-9 pm
Salary
3,000/month Plus Performance Bonuses
Job Type: Full-time. Seasonal(March-October) longer periods exist for an exceptional candidate
