What you have:
- 2-3 years of experience in a line cook position
- The smarts and speed to prepare menu items perfectly every time and in accordance with the Leos way
- A killer eye for detail
- You can think on your feet, embrace change and roll with the punches.  If its worth doing, you think its
worth doing right
- You are crazy reliable and up for any challenge.
- A strong knowledge of food safety, and a certificate in that area is a gigantic plus.
- Fantastic people skills and can work with anyone, anytime.
- Enthusiasm, passion, and a knack for spreading that energy throughout the building

You will:
- Be a master of consistency, organization and quality by upholding all of Leopolds standards
- Be responsible for opening/closing duties
- Cook, prep, wash dishes, scrub floors and do whatever it takes to ensure the kitchen runs like a (very
clean) well-oiled machine
- Notice what needs doing and do it! We are all in it together, front and back of house.
- Above all, make it your personal mission to get the job done right.
