Pharmasave #422, located in Saskatoon, is currently accepting resumes for a part time Pharmacy Assistant. This position is perfect for university students pursing their pharmacy degree. The successful candidate will work approximately 10 hours per week. This position will usually work Fridays from 4:00pm to 8:00pm and Saturdays 9:00am to 3:00pm. There is the possibility to pick up extra shifts to cover any absences from the current pharmacy assistants.  

Reporting to the Pharmacy Manager, and under the supervision of a pharmacist, this role is responsible for performing specific dispensing functions as outlined by provincial regulations and standards of practice. The successful candidate will also occasionally perform front store duties. This would include: cashier, stocking shelves and some light cleaning.

The successful candidate must have a professional attitude, and excellent communication skills.  The candidates will join a pharmacy team that prides itself in delivering excellent customer service and a flexible working environment.  Applicants must be motivated, possess superior organizational skills and work well both independently and as part of a team.
