We are adding another Full - time position for a Sales Support Assistant. Our office hours are Monday to Friday 8 am to 5 pm. We offer some flexibility within these hours.
We need to add a person in an entry level Sales Support position who can learn to take on additional responsibilities and challenges. This person will support sales staff by preparing quotes, meeting with clients as needed, creating orders, invoicing clients and specifying furniture. The ideal candidate would have furniture specification experience (not necessary) and have experience in basic computer skills (Microsoft Word, Powerpoint, Excel and Outlook). You will perform other office functions including answering calls in a professional and courteous manner, taking messages, greeting clients, collecting payments, issuing invoices and assisting other staff as required. This will provide an interesting variety of work in your work day.
