Job Description: The Falls and Injury Prevention Coordinator is accountable to facilitate, plan, coordinate, develop and evaluate a comprehensive Falls and Injury Prevention program for the Sun Country Health Region.
Required Qualifications

Valid Class 5 driver's license
Bachelor Degree in a health-related field
Registered or eligible for registration with the appropriate licensing body
Experience
Knowledge of falls and injury prevention. Demonstrated ability to research and appraise evidence related to falls injury and prevention practices.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Ability to work independently and as a member of a multi-disciplinary team

Ability to communicate with and maintain an effective working relationship with clients from diverse social, economic and cultural backgrounds
Ability to develop, evaluate and modify programming provided to clients
