Tisdale Housing Authority manages a property and program services portfolio on behalf of Saskatchewan Housing Corporation.  Our office provides affordable housing to low-income seniors, families and others who could not otherwise access safe, secure shelter within Tisdale and neighboring communities.

Tisale Housing Authority is looking for an energetic, client facing administrator to join the team for a one year term.  If people are your passion and you have proven problem solving, financial and records management experience you may be interested in joining our team!

The successful applicant will process housing applications, explain leasing arrangements and expectations of tenancy and investigate lease violations (in conjunction with the Office of the Residential Tenancies).  Also responsible to maintain accurate records and provide guidance to administrative support.

The role requires exceptional customer relations skills and ability to maintain positive working relationships, along with the ability to problem solve and manage conflict and stressful situations.

Other requirements include proven Microsoft Office skills, a valid driver's license and licensed roadworthy vehicle.

This is a term position for approximately 1 year.
