Job Order Detail

Description

Responsible to the Parts Manager, the ideal candidate will possess the following:

Oversee and direct receiving team  
Accurately receive all incoming products, unload trucks, verify and process receiving documents, tagging, bin locating, damage checks, along with reporting any receiving discrepancies
Develop and execute clear processes to operate more efficiently
Analyze, modify and improve the warehouse layout to maximize storage and retrieval efficiencies.
Communicate with department managers regarding delivery issues and vendor out-of-stocks.
Keep clear communication with customer service to make sure we meet the needs of our customers
Maintain accurate inventory
Manage returns
Operate a forklift and pallet jack as required.
Maintain clean and organized part storage areas.

QUALIFICATIONS:
High computer skills
High level of oral and written communication at all levels
Ability to manage multiple timelines, priorities, and responsibilities
Experience in warehouse environment a necessity
Ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure
Organizational skills
