This position is responsible for confidential customer service, maintaining the library collections, ensuring adherence to library policies, the collection of overdue fines, training and directing student library workers and assisting customers with library equipment. The position requires interacting with various customers and staff including students, faculty, support staff and library staff as well as various external contacts including other educational institutions, other First Nations organizations, other libraries and publishing companies.
