Description

The successful applicant will assist with and be accountable for the overall operation of the Gas Bar & Convenience Store.

The primary functions of this position are: partner in developing and achieving budgeted goals; perform administrative and office responsibilities; order, receive, price and merchandise inventory; provide information and assist on all inquiries; maintain a safe, clean and well-merchandised area; shared responsibility for staff and staff scheduling; thank customers for visiting the store and ensure that they are completely satisfied with their in-store experience.

Skills required to perform the above functions are: exceptional interpersonal skills, above average communication skills; proven leadership abilities; solid experience in providing excellent customer service; attentive to detail; perform well under pressure; ability to lift and load products; flexibility to work shifts including evenings, weekends and holidays.
