Description

Under the direction of the Maintenance Superintendent this position will be responsible for developing and communicating the maintenance plans to the maintenance department. You will interact with the team of maintenance team and supervisors to ensure targeted work output and performance is achieved and maintained. You will also provide technical support to the Maintenance Department where required, enabling the operation to drive the delivery of key performance targets, ensuring optimal availability of all equipment and facilities whilst budgeted cost objectives are achieved.
