Visionpool Talent is hiring a Mechanical Engineer who will participate in design, day-to-day project work, business development, mentoring and continued development of the team

Responsibilities:
    Design modifications to mechanical systems related to dams, control structures and hydroelectric generating stations
    Manage and execute multiple projects from the proposal stage to completion
    Prepare and review of reports
    Work with other disciplines to execute project deliverables
    Pursue business opportunities with new and existing clients
    Manage and mentor junior staff

Qualifications:
    Mechanical Engineer from a Canadian accredited university
    Professional Engineer (P. Eng.) with APEGS, or similar qualifications to obtain P. Eng. status with APEGS
    Minimum 4 years industrial piping experience
    Minimum 3 years experience using Caesar II as design aid
    Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    Occasional travel to project sites
    Valid drivers license and the ability to obtain security clearance check
    Bentley AutoPipe would be an asset
    Demonstrated experience in site investigations, condition assessments, design and construction support is an asset
    Canadian Citizenship is required
