We are looking for a dynamic individual to join our team for the position of Powersports Parts Representative. This position is full time and we offer excellent benefits, plus much more. Responsible to the Parts Manager, the ideal candidate will possess the following:
Assess customer needs and wants; answer customer questions and concerns
Answer inquiries about parts, accessories, and riding gear in a professional and timely manner
Guide customers with product knowledge, product recommendations, to help them make educated decisions about their purchase
Help marketing grow our business on e-commerce platforms by providing product description accurately and maintaining proper inventory levels
Maintain clean and organized parts counter and display areas
Assist in product inventory procedures
Cross-sell and upsell products
Build relationships with customers
Qualifications and Skills
QUALIFICATIONS:
Knowledge and experience with powersports
Friendly, approachable, outgoing personality
Professional appearance
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to work weekends
Computer skills with the ability to learn new software quickly
