Description

To provide emotional support, information, referrals, and advocacy to assist former students of the Indian Residential School System and their immediate family members, support people and community. This position also requires presentation planning, delivering education on various aspects of the IRS system, cultural diversity and understanding and the effects of Intergenerational Impacts. Ability to speak an Aboriginal Language an asset. Must be able to facilitate groups such as anger management, healing circles, domestic violence, addictions and others as needed. Be able to plan cultural activities
