Position and Responsibilities
Reporting to the lead, client services, you will join a high-energy, customer focused team responsible for delivering IT services through Camecos Saskatoon-based service desk.
Your primary role will be providing front-line phone and email support to the business, including issue logging, troubleshooting and resolution, relating to both hardware and software applications.
Education and Qualifications
Requirements of the position:
Diploma in a related technical field
At least 3 years of experience in an IT support environment
Equivalent combination of education and work experience considered
Demonstrated experience providing outstanding customer service
Strong understanding of application systems and hardware is necessary for timely resolution of client related issues
Assets:
Experience with Windows 7, 8 and 10, Active Directory, Microsoft Office products, Apple, Lenovo, Microsoft and HP hardware
Microsoft or Help Desk Institute certification
