Skills Requirements:
Education: Completion of secondary school may be required
Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year. Childcare providers may require completion of a training program in child care or a related field. Childcare or household management experience may be required.
Specific Skills: Looking for full time caregiver to care for 4 children within the employer's home. Age ranges from 2-14 years of age. Caregiver is to assume full responsibility for the household in the absence of the parents. Maintain a safe and healthy environment in the home. Supervise and care for children. Bathe dress and feed young children. Oversee children's activities, such as meals and rest periods as instructed by employer. Instruct children in personal hygiene and social development. Tend to emotional well-being of children. Organize and participate in activities such as games, crafts, reading, etc. Plan and prepare and service meals and snacks for children. Assist with homework.
Additional Skills: Light housekeeping, laundry and meal preparation.
