Heres the skills we need from our newest General Manager:
Automotive experience is not a must, but definitely an asset
Seasoned manager with considerable sales and customer service experience
Skilled at relationship management with other managers, lenders, peers and employees
Proven track record of delivering results
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
Outstanding entrepreneurial drive and work ethic
Successful experience with CRM tools
Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines under pressure
Vision to know what we need for continued growth and the skill to manage that growth
