Required Qualifications
    Experience/skills in using MS Office with strong emphasis on Excel.
    Strong skills using and understanding the flow of transactions
    Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality and exercise extreme discretion
    Display problem solving/judgement skills and high level of attention to detail and accuracy
    Strong organizational skills, and the ability to work under pressure
    Ability to handle and prioritize tasks and meet all deadlines
    Previous experience with Payroll in an ERP system.

Description
    Responsible for the preparation and processing of payroll for large number of employees.
    Review and ensure accuracy of approved timesheets
    Track and deduct garnishments and other special payroll deductions
    Responsible for the coordination efforts between payroll, human resources and other departments to ensure proper flow and maintenance of employee data (including preparations/distribution of detailed reports including employee count, earnings, deductions, disability and leave balances)
    Handle administration of employee profile system; set up employees and ensure valid data transfers.  
    Establish/maintain employee records; ensure that employee changes are entered correctly and made on a timely basis.
    Review changes to ensure proper authorization and adherence to federal regulations.
    Resolves payroll discrepancies by collecting and analyzing information.
    Maintains employee confidence and protects payroll operations by keeping information confidential
    Carry out various Administrative functions including but not limited to filling, organizing, data input and report preparation.
    Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
