SeedMaster is looking for an Assembly Team Lead to join our Assembly team on the DOT production side. A successful candidate will play a key role in the assembly, testing and maintenance of DOT equipment.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES

    Lead the area to meet assembly targets and goals
    Train new employees and coach existing employees on all functions of the work area
    Assemble and install manufactured components and assemblies
    Assemble, install and check engine and hydraulic components
    Assemble, install and check electronic control components
    Able to read drawings and check components for proper fit, form and function

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS

    Graduates from a Heavy Equipment Technician program will be given preference
    Minimum 3 years experience in an agricultural manufacturing environment  
    Previous experience as a Team Lead or hand-on Supervisor
    Must have an excellent mechanical aptitude and strong understanding of hydraulic systems and components
