CAD / CAM Manager

As market leader in the industrial manufacturing industry we are currently seeking an experienced CAD / CAM Manager to join our growing team.  Reporting directly to the President, this position with influential leadership will guide, provide solutions and recommendations to the CAD / CAM and Production departments.

Success Requires:

A passionate, dynamic leader with capability of achieving results.

    5 to 8 years' experience within a manufacturing facility, in a CAD / CAM Environment.
        Preferance will be given to applicants with CAM experience.
    A minimum of 2 - 3 years' experience supervising or managing;
    Mechanical Engineering Technologist focused education;
    Active use of CAD and CAM software is a requirement
    Experience with strategic planning and allocation of resources, materials, and scheduling;
    Machining experience a significant asset;

Your Objective through effective leadership includes but is not limited to:

    Oversees all aspects of all CAD / CAM Operations.
    Develops, maintains, monitors, and initiates actions based on Operations metrics to support and drive efficiencies.
    Drives a culture of accountability and results through strategic and effective performance management
