MUST HAVE experience in a variety of residential construction skills. Framing, sheeting, insulating, drywalling, to the finishing touches from flooring to fences, roofing (is a bonus). May even need some minor electrical/plumbing skills. MUST HAVE a valid drivers license! MUST be capable of working on your own. MUST be capable of following and taking direction well. If you don't fit all the molds you NEED to be a quick study and be willing to learn new skills. BE A TEAM player with a good attitude.
