Description

The Young Parent Program is a strengths based voluntary program open to all young parents.  Coordinator provides one on one and group based support.   Participants in the program are able to take part in opportunities to learn life skills, parenting skills and receive career and education direction.  The program is hosted out of various community spaces

Experience working independently; working collaboratively with other community based organizations required.  Making the Connection, Circle of Security an asset.
