Description

The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for the development and implementation of marketing and communications plans for Rite Way Mfg. The position also supports Human Resources with recruitment and orientation.

Job Duties
    Co-ordinate trade show participation with the Sales Team
    Assist in the research, development, and implementation of marketing and communication plans and programs
    Monitor the inventory and distribute product literature to dealers and representatives as per requests
    Field calls and emails from publications advertising salespeople, and supply ad-ready artwork for approved publications
    Take part in the development and maintenance of our corporate website and social media accounts
    Prepare employee newsletter and other employee communications
    Assist with posting vacancies and recruitment information on the website and Saskjobs
    Assist in the planning and coordination of special events
    With input from management, purchase and maintain an inventory of promotional items
    Provide reception duties, including greeting visitors and callers; answering questions as knowledge permits; taking messages
    Other duties as required
Requirements
    High school diploma plus marketing or communications-related diploma, or an acceptable combination of education and experience.
    One year of relevant work experience
    Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office products including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
    Strong written and verbal communications skills
    Strong customer service orientation
    High level of organizational and time management skills
    Be able to work independently and have a high level of initiative
