SKILLS & EDUCATION
The ability to lead a design team
- A natural skill/eye for design - something we cant teach!
Creating web ready graphics and logos using Photoshop and Illustrator
Have an understanding of UX/UI design
Good communication & organizational skills
Good team player ready to help out where needed!
- A positive attitude. Optimism is an asset.
- Outgoing, fun and has desire to prove him/herself
- Knowledge of the marketing industry or web development industry is an asset
- Ability to work with limited supervision and be motivated to take on tasks outside of your job description
The right person has raw talent, leadership abilities, hunger, energy, creativity, a drive to succeed, willingness to think outside their job description and a positive, outgoing attitude.
