About the Organization:
Camponi Housing Corporation is Saskatchewan's largest Metis housing corporation. Together, with our affiliated companies we manage over 400 rental units within the city of Saskatoon. We currently are seeking a three year term position of Project Manager with a possible extension of the term.

Position Summary:
The Project Manager will be solely responsible for the development, planning, implementation, monitoring and reporting with respect to the progress, deficiencies and satisfactory completion of all new construction including High Density Housing and renovations of various types of residential units.

Management duties will also include but are not limited to; the foregoing and financial/administrative reporting, maintenance/replacement planning, supervision and management of staff, assessment and evaluation of all projects, contract administration, funding opportunities and sales of units.

Qualifications:
1) Journey Person in a Construction trade
2) University undergraduate degree in related area would be an asset
3) 3-5 years planning and/or management experience required
4) 3-5 years of recent construction and/or inspection experience
5) Experience in project management and management of numerous projects simultaneously
6) Experience in the management and supervision of staff
7) Ability to communicate effectively in both written and verbal forms
8) Proficient in the use of computers; Microsoft Office, Word, Outlook and highly proficient in Excel
9) Criminal Record Check required
10) Valid Driver's License and reliable vehicle required
