Description

Dasro is looking for a Senior Business Analyst for a contract role with a client in Regina.

Duties:

    Manage, control, execute and close all assigned projects
    Mentor and coach Ministry resources
    Develop repeatable, best practice standards and processes
    Identify, document, and validate system integration and interface requirements
    Change management
    Business workshops
    Document user manuals, processes and procedures
    Coordinate and oversee testing processes and results, ensuring that testing methods conform to best practices
    Virtual data exchange
    Create, document and execute project test plans
    Quality assurance


Qualifications:

    Diverse portfolio of technical initiatives and projects across a variety of sectors.
    Eliciting, developing, documenting and/or managing: requirements, business process models, use cases, and business rules throughout the lifecycle.
    Testing strategies in leading business SMEs through UAT process
    Business Case development
    Multi-stakeholder workshops, meetings and presentations with technical and business groups
    Business analysis methods developing business and technical requirements
    Documenting and communicating business information
    Creating, planning and managing: test plans, strategies, cases, scripts, scenarios and conditions.
    Organizational change
    Preparing documents: traceability matrices, business cases, proposals, feasibility studies, functional requirements, strategies, training manuals, business/technical architecture specifications, detailed budget estimates, and gap analysis.
    Senior level on large complex project implementing major changes
    Multiple projects concurrently
    Presentations, organizing and facilitating interviews, process mapping workshops and meetings
    Working with an integrated team of (greater than ten) business users
