Summer Student Position. The Lloydminster Youth Centre is a dynamic organization that offers an extraordinary range of services and activities to youth aged 12-18.  Reporting to the Program Manager, the Summer Recreation Coordinator is responsible for the design, delivery and evaluation of the Centre's Summer Recreation Program.
- LCYC offers the opportunity to establish meaningful and genuine relationships with youth.
- As a team member, you will gain experience in program planning and implementing, budgeting and record keeping, and fundraising.  
- As a positive role model with a passion for youth and fun, you will plan and supervise summer excursions such as camping, canoeing, and a variety of other summer activities.  
- You will be able and comfortable with transporting youth in a 15-passenger van.
- The position runs up to 16 weeks commencing on May 7th.  The 40-hour work week requires weekend and evening commitment

The Lloydminster Community Youth Centre is a division of the Lloydminster Interval Home Society.

To qualify for this position, you must have been registered as a full-time student during the past year and be returning to college or university in the fall of 2018.  A valid drivers license with a minimum of three years driving and insurance history, and a criminal record check are required.
