FCC is looking for two generalist translator-revisers, fluent in both of Canadas official languages, to join its dynamic and highly productive team of language professionals.

You'll revise documents translated both internally and externally and adapt the content from linguistic, cultural and organizational standpoints. You'll work with internal customers to supply translations of the highest quality into French. You'll rely on your strong language skills and help manage risk for our customers and our corporation.

What you'll do:
Revise and translate complex text from English to French for all platforms
Revise and adapt content translated internally and externally
Skillfully process text from a variety of disciplines (agriculture, finance, human resources, marketing, communications, etc.)
Help develop accurate and precise terminology
Participate in large-scale, corporation-wide translation projects
Work with cutting-edge integrated computer-assisted translation tools
Contribute to the advancement of Canadian agriculture with enthusiasm, dynamism and creativity

What you'll need:
A bachelor's degree in translation, French, English or linguistics and at least six years of related experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
Fluency in both official languages
Solid experience in revision (translation certification is an asset, but all experienced candidates will be considered)
Experience in interpretation
