This position is an introduction to a rewarding career in claims Adjusting. At a high level, Adjusters set up claim files, determine the cause of loss and degree of fault for all parties. Theyre also the heart and soul of our customer promise spending a lot of their time with their claims customers taking initial loss reports, interviewing and taking statements, and explaining coverages, benefits, breaches of condition and exclusions. All with a focus on ensuring claims are investigated and settled with a caring and consistent approach.
Requirements
We're looking for people from all backgrounds. We're counting on you to bring a unique combination of knowledge and skills to this role. All you need is a Chartered Insurance Professional (CIP) course (or to be enrolled in one before the end of your probation term) and a commitment to continuing your professional education and development.
