Prepare work orders for equipment examinations, preventative maintenance and other job assignments as directed.
Create and distribute department and site wide communications.
Accurately enter delay hours, actual hours, work order history, work order completions, production reports, calculate and maintain daily, weekly, monthly and yearly reports and graphs on computer systems.
Prepare and maintain files, reports and associated typing as required.
Order and maintain office supplies and equipment.
Work independently.
Communicate effectively with employees and their supervisors.
Perform non-routine duties as assigned.
Diligently adhere to all relevant legal environmental requirements.
Diligently ensure that all relevant OH&S requirements and in-house safety regulations are complied with.
Update Asset Spreadsheet (and possibly input into Maximo)
Fill out MRO/Catalogging forms
Enter actual hours, work order history, work order completions
Calculate and maintain weekly/monthly/yearly reporting (VM Boards)
Staples orders
Janitorial orders
Meeting minutes
Sorting work to planners
Typing SOPs
