Continuing Care Aides provide a caring and compassionate approach to residents/clients in assisting them with the essentials of daily living including; care, companionship and emotional well-being, promoting quality of life.
You will have the ability to:
Work effectively with care partners, residents/clients and their families in a home-like environment.
Willingness to work as a respectful team member.
Communicate in a clear, and concise manner.
Be available to work various shifts.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Grade 12
Continuing Care Aide Certificate.
