Summary:
Develop business relationships that lead to opportunities for landscaping and landscape maintenance services in identified target markets.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Adhere to and uphold all Company safety practices, procedures and policies.
* Represent the Company in a positive manner befitting our brand and image.
* Develop relationships with existing clients, new prospects or new leads; both residential and commercial, with the goal of generating new maintenance sales opportunities. This may require time outside of normal business hours.
* Make cold calls to develop new business prospects.
* Respond to inquiries, prepare proposals and close on contracts and work orders in a timely manner.
* Make service calls on existing clients to achieve customer satisfaction and develop new business opportunities.
Qualifications:
* Sales experience is required, preferably in a green industry related position.
* To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
* Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills is required. Experience in cloud-based management software is a plus.
* Candidates must have a valid drivers license and good driving record.
* Demonstrated record of customer service orientation and strong work ethic.
* Must provide a criminal record check.
