Quest is presently recruiting for an Office Administrator. If your are committed to excellent service, have attention to detail, organized, then this may be the job for you.
Routine tasks to include:
- reception
- scheduling meetings
- greeting guests
- incoming/outgoing mail
- preparing board of director meetings
- ordering supplies
The ideal candidate will have an administrative assistant or business certificate with 1-2 years experience. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office. Must be abel to manage multifple tasks, pay attention to detail, have a high level of professionalism.
This position is 2-3 days per week with the possibility of full time hours.
