Visionpool Business Services is hiring a Deskside Support Analyst to be will be part of the day to day support team on the Productivity and Collaboration team to manage incidents and problems through to completion.
Qualifications:
Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Office 365
Demonstrated experience supporting:
o Office 365 Applications; specifically SharePoint Online, Outlook 2016
o Office 2016
o Windows 10
o General hardware and software troubleshooting
Demonstrated experience with Service Now incidents, problems, dashboards
Windows Powershell experience would be an asset
Bilingual (in Canadian French) is an asset
