Description

The City of Melville is requesting applications for the following positions (2):

Position: Visitor Reception

Description: Responsible for customer services duties, answering telephones, filing, and other duties as assigned. Must be able to work evenings, weekends and holidays (Canada Day), provide tours of the Railway Museum and Melville, supplying tourists/public with information and assistance, brainstorm new ideas for possible events, promotions, tours and activities, maintain grounds to create an inviting environment (flowers and shrubs).

Qualifications: Applicant must be attending school in the fall of 2018. This individual must hold a valid Saskatchewan Class 5 Drivers License, have excellent computer skills and be willing to work outdoors.

Wage:  $13.14 per hour as per the current CUPE Local Agreement No. 456

Term of the position:        May 7 to August 25, 2018
