Description

The Lighthouse Supported Living is an emergency shelter, supported living and affordable housing provider offering a range of services to people experiencing homelessness and poverty to help them overcome barriers and achieve self-sufficiency. Case Managers take the lead in providing daily therapeutic support services to residents with complex mental illness and addiction conditions. This includes planning, coordinating and providing staff support to facilitate recovery processes to improve illness management, develop coping skills, life skills, better overall health, and to maximize independence, in cooperation with community agencies.
