Description

Responsibilities:

This position assists in the delivery and promotion of the Saskatchewan Student Awards program, the coordination and execution of special events organized by the Donor and Alumni Relations office, the coordination of donor/sponsor fulfillment and stewardship activities, facilitates processing of gifts and sponsorships, and serves as the campus liaison with the Donor and Alumni Relations office.
DUTIES
At the campus level:
1. Coordinate and assist with the delivery of the Saskatchewan Student Awards program;
2. Assist in the coordination and execution of special events;
3. Assist in the coordination and execution of donor and sponsor fulfillment and stewardship activities;
4. Process donations and sponsorships and assist with the annual giving program;
5. Act as Donor and Alumni Relations liaison;
6. Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
1. Certificate or diploma in Office Education or Business or equivalent combination of education and experience.
2. Minimum one year recent and relevant experience performing administrative and clerical work.
3. Training and/or experience at the intermediate level in the use of common software packages, i.e. MS Office Suite
4. Knowledge of common office procedures.
5. Effective interpersonal skills.
6. Effective communication skills.
7. Effective organizational and time management skills.
8. Effective proofreading skills.
9. Able to work independently under generalized supervision.
10. Travel will be required.
11. Demonstrates valuing diversity.
