Renewable Energy Construction Labourer - Full-Time

Reporting to the Project Manager, the Renewable Energy Construction Labourer is responsible for helping with the installation and maintenance of solar energy and geothermal systems.
This position will support miEnergys Vision, Mission and Core Values always.

Responsibilities:
Installation & Service:
o Assist on-site to safely and successfully install and commission smart energy systems
Coordinating Parts & Supplies:
o Assist in coordinating project tools, equipment and supplies to ensure all required items
are prepared and loaded for specific projects
o Organization and minor maintenance of building, vehicles and equipment
Skills & Competencies:
o Communication Must employ professional verbal and written communication always
o Dependability Job requires being reliable, responsible, and dependable, and fulfilling
Obligations.
o Attention to Detail Job requires being careful about detail and thorough in completing work tasks.
o Self-Control Job requires maintaining composure, keeping emotions in check, controlling anger, and avoiding aggressive behavior, even in difficult situations.
o Organization Job requires masterful organization and the ability to keep direct reports and department in an orderly state.
o Overnight trips are required
o Valid drivers license
Wage
o $12-14 based on experience and qualifications
