Job Description:

    Maintain a safe and healthy environment in the home
    Supervise and care for children,
    Tend to emotional well-being of children,
    Help children with homework
    Prepare and serve nutritious meals
    Organize activities such as games and outings for children,
    Instruct children in personal hygiene and social development
    Keep records of daily activities and heath information regarding children,
    Discipline children according to the methods requested by the parents
    Bathe, dress and feed infants and children
    Wash, iron and press clothing and household lines for children
    Travel with family on trips and assist with child supervision and housekeeping duties,
    Assume full responsibility for household in absence of parents,
    Assist mother with daily tasks in taking care of the children and household as she has Multiple Sclerosis and requires the extra help
    Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties

Requirements:

-Education: Completion of high school is required
-Experience: At least one year of full-time experience as a caregiver is required
- We require a person with judgment, organized, with initiative, with excellent communication, flexible and reliable.

Important Information:

-    The personal care attendant will be responsible for the care of three children. They are 5, 9 and 11 years old.
-    Live in condition is required as the mother suffers from MS and requires assistance with the daily tasks in taking care of the children. Also, the employer lives in a remote and rural area where no public transportation is available.

Salary: $13.26 to $14.26 hourly, 40 hours per week  2 days off per week on Saturday and Sunday
-    Flexibility in schedule may be required.
