With safety as the first priority, you will be responsible to lead the Daily Operations of a Grain and Fertilizer Terminal, including but not limited to the Shipping and Receiving of all Inventory for both the Grain and Fertilizer Terminals. Your responsibilities will include loading and unloading trucks, assisting customers, inload and outload, as well as blending fertilizer and Grain and Fertilizer Terminal Cleanliness. This position will also involve coordinating/ scheduling the team in a fast-paced operation.

Qualifications:
Minimum Grade 12 High school diploma.
Proficient working with tools and equipment.
Able to create alternative solutions to problems.
Ability to follow processes as required.
Likes a challenge in a fast paced environment.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Valid Class 5 Drivers license is required and a Class 3 or Class 1 with an air (A) endorsement would be a definite asset.
Proficient working with Computer Systems and Software.
Understanding of Crop Nutrient products as well as Western Canadian Grains and, or the ability to learn.
Ability to work under the pressure of time restraints.
Willing to work Overtime when required.
Ability to handle lifting a minimum of 50 lbs of weight.
