Description

We are currently looking forcandidates interested in working as Bilingual Monitors to organise and facilitate the Fete du soleil week-long summer day camps. These camps are for French-second-language students entering kindergarten to grade six. The camps take place in various locations across Saskatchewan. The position is based in Saskatoon and involves travel within the province.

Main Duties for All Positions:
-Take part in planning the summer camps;
-Help prepare materials and equipment needed for the camps;
-Animate the recreational activities at the camps.

Qualifications:
-Currently in and returning to a post-secondary/high school program;
-Exceptional French and English oral communication skills;
-Experience working with youth;  
-Excellent organizational skills, initiative and a good work ethic;
-Ability to work as part of a team to complete various tasks;
-Readiness to work a flexible schedule;  
-A valid Saskatchewan driver's license is an asset.

Employment Period: At 37.5 hours per week
Lead Bilingual Monitor - 14 week contract (May 23 to August 25)
Bilingual Monitors - 10 week contract (June 19 - August 25)
