Description

Full time cook/Assistant manager to work at a concession stand in River Landing. Previous experience in a kitchen is required and any post-secondary cooking education is an asset. Candidate must be familiar with food safety standards and day to day operation of a kitchen.

Shift Hours: (40hours/week) $13.00-$15.00 per hour depending on experience
Wednesday to Sunday 12:00pm to 9:00pm

Job duties:

-Cooking and packaging fast food orders on grill or stove
-Responsible for kitchen prep work
-Cleaning of kitchen
-Handling of all food in safe manner
-Inventory of supplies and notify manager of supply needs
-Supervising front cashier staff and assigning them tasks to assist you as needed
-Helping our front cashier staff with ice cream and snack orders

Skills and Requirements:

-18 years or older
-Food safe handling course or equivalent
-Kitchen and cooking experience
-Criminal records check required
