A marketing-business coordinator a coordinator of people, projects, the bosss schedule, clients and many things in the taxonomy of the advertising world.
This will be part-time, flexible, contract work with the fun perk of working in advertising (and did we mention it is flexible?) for a smart person who's tired of wasting their incredible abilities somewhere out there in the world.
Currently, ideal work hours are in the mornings, say 8 to 10am or 9 to 11am-ish, M-F, but of course there can be some flexibility around that. Some work from home. The amount of work can grow to be more than that, but dont worry; we can discuss all of this if you are THE ONE.
You will bring clarity and calm to the owner of small but mighty advertising company. And you'll learn at the same time. We want the help of someone extremely organized, yet flexible and caring (have patience with us).
To do all this, you'll need to be able to fly through Word, Excel (and Lawd knows what else) and know how to operate within office protocols and other software/techie stuff. Clicking a lot of boxes is a necessity.
Follow-up and stick-to-it-ive-ness are your very long middle names. You're never without a notebook and pen (Smartphone), you are okay with filing, running errands, encouraging the boss and getting the accouterments of great meeting prep ready for the new day for herand then the day after that and doing it over and over againall the while juggling your own projects that youve eventually taken on because youre just that kind of go-getty of a person. (As well as being someone who recognizes run-on sentences like the one above and fixes them.)
