URGENT supermarket / restaurant is looking for a Halal butcher / cook.
Working hours: 40 hours per week from 6:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
Offered salary: 22$ per hour
Minimum experience: 4 years as butcher and cook positions
Required qualifications:
Equipment and machinery experience (slicing machine, power grinder) and manual cutting utensil experience (band saw).
Wrapping and packaging prepared meats, weighing meats for sale, cleaning and preparation of meats according to Halal requirements.
Able to cook and prepare Lebanese cuisine including Halal Chicken Tawwok and Beef and Chicken Shawarma.
Able to work under pressure.
