Description

Valley Ford Sales in Hague is looking for an experienced automotive service technician familiar with various aspects of automotive repair. This is to fill a position due to a retirement. Dealership has been operating out of a new building since 2015. Prefer either journeyperson or combination of experience and Ford Certification training. If you are looking for a location change or moving back home to Saskatchewan, we want you to consider our dealership. Option of flat rate pay or straight time can be discussed. Ford web based and classroom training is provided and is paid for. We are considering various areas of specialization within the trade, based on your experience and previous training.

 - Valid driver's licence
Credentials (certificates, licences, memberships, courses, etc.)
 - 3rd Period Apprentice
 - Automotive Service Technician Trade Certification

 - Complete reports to record problems and work performed
 - Review work orders and discuss work with supervisor
Automotive Service Technician Specific Skills
 - Advise customers on work performed and future repair requirements
 - Adjust, repair or replace parts and components of automotive systems
 - Perform scheduled maintenance service
 - Road test motor vehicles and test automotive systems and components
 - Test and adjust repaired systems to manufacturer's specifications
