Description

Western Dodge Chrysler Jeep in Moose Jaw is currently hiring for the position of Warranty Administrator / Tower Operator for our Service Department.  Reporting directly to the Service Manager, you will be responsible for processing all warranty claims through the Manufacturer while assisting our technicians with any warranty related questions.  You will also effectively communicate with our customers regarding any warranty repairs when necessary.

In this position you will be able to follow instructions and directions diligently, and must be able to work independently with minimal supervision.  You will possess very strong time management skills and will be able to communicate effectively within the Service Department as well as with our customers.

POSITION SUMMARY:

- close repair orders daily.

- process all warranty claims in a timely manner as the repair orders are closed.

- contact the appropriate warranty claims representative regarding any claims requiring additional authorization or for claims requiring special assistance.

-  maintain a record of all claims submitted, returned/rejected, or paid and their current status.

-  maintain warranty receivable schedules and reconcile credit memos daily.

-  ensure all aspects of the warranty process are fulfilled within audit requirements.

This position requires strong computer aptitude and a high level of accuracy, attention to detail, and clear communication with other team members and departments in the dealership.  A general mechanical knowledge would be a strong asset, but is not a requirement.  Strong customer service focus is necessary in this role as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
