Professional, enthusiastic, motivated, & nurturing Intensive Home Visitor by supporting the family unit within the community, assist families to build parenting capacity & provide a positive home environment, provide education and information to families as needed in order to enhance parent-child relationships and improve child health and development & document all visits, must have valid drivers license. Position requires work schedule flexibility, A Grade 12 education or equivalent, Post-secondary certificate/degree in a health care/child care discipline is an asset, 1-3 years of experience, excellent written & verbal communication skills, Strong organizational skills, ability to generate computer reports, the employee physical demand include bending, crouching, kneeling, reaching, pushing, pulling and lifting, to ensure the safety of families and staff; stand, walk and sit for extended periods of time.
