Express Employment Professionals, one of Saskatoons top rated Recruitment and Staffing agencies, is searching for a Senior Service Representative, on behalf of their client, an industry leader in Automotive repair, and Agricultural and Auto tire servicing.
Our client is opening a brand new shop and requires someone with exceptional Customer Service skills, willing to go above and beyond for customers, to help make it a success!
Additionally, as a senior member of the team, some "assistant management" duties are also required; however, this is really a small part of the role.
Specifically the duties and responsibilities are:
Providing Excellent Customer Service (80% of role).
Inventory accuracy, management, and input
Identify new Sales Opportunities
Responsible to create a cohesive, skilled, and motivated team
Team coaching opportunities
Ensuring facilities are maintained and clean
Overall financial and sales growth
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Familiarity and Understanding with Automotive Repair
Familiarity and understanding of Agricultural and Automotive tire Servicing
Previous Senior or Management experience (2 - 5 years)
Must have a valid class 5 drivers license
Knowledge of agriculture & commercial trucking industry
Knowledge of automotive service industry
Tire industry knowledge
Excellent communication skills, written and oral
Organized and Detail oriented
